The primary challenge involved bridging the gap between an existing visual asset and a fully realized brand identity. A comprehensive brand positioning was necessary to move beyond aesthetics, establishing a cohesive foundation that defines the brand’s essence and purpose within a crowded market.

The brand positioning was strengthened by developing a clear brand archetype, infusing communications with purpose-driven storytelling. The existing logo was integrated into a comprehensive set of brand guidelines, which elevated the crown symbol into a signature graphic element.
