What will your role be?

  • Convey visually by translating idea, concepts, and messages into imagery and design work that connect with any audience.
  • Develop ideate fresh, exciting concepts & execute ideas that meet marketing strategies and business needs.
  • Support Creative Director in creating marketing campaigns & pitching proposal or presentation approaches. Brainstorm, develop and execute creative solutions.
  • Strong leadership, helping to guide, supervise, providing art & creative direction to junior creative team members & monitor project deadlines.
  • Produces promotional materials, develop key visual, managing and creating client’s creative content.
  • Great communication and presentation skills to present concept or design ideas, moodboards and completed work to clients, involved in liaising and meeting with clients.
  • In charged on internal creative work as assigned.

What do you need to have to be successful in this role?

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media or equivalent with 3-4 year(s) of working experience in in related field.
  • Digital(Social Media) & UIUX background preferred.
  • Skillful in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.
  • Adobe XD, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere skill is a bonus.
  • Fluent in English (both verbally and written), and understand Mandarin as you may need to liaise with Mandarin speaking client.
  • Good time management, ability to work under pressure and priorities multiple projects with careful attention to detail.
  • Professional business skills, such as negotiation, project management, and leadership.
