What will your role be?

  • Daily management of on-going projects
  • Client servicing, through face-to-face contact, to have a full understanding of clients’ needs and business objectives
  • Assist in the planning and ideation of client’s projects
  • Be good in presenting the materials and documenting work scope of projects, quotations and follow ups on payment due from the clients,
  • Ensure a prompt delivery of work and maintain consistent communication with clients
  • Achieve sales target through new sales and management of existing clientele
  • Identify new ways to upsell to existing clients
  • Ability to prioritise and be organised is critical
  • Good understanding of creative industries
  • Able to work closely with the client and creative team
  • Pride in quality, an excellence of work and attention to detail.
  • Involved in internal marketing-related work.

What do you need to have to be successful in this role?

  • A minimum of 3 years of client servicing working experience in Marketing / Advertising / Media / Digital Marketing or related field
  • Preferably working experience in an advertising agency environment
  • A keen interest in the marketing & advertising industry
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • A strong believer in creative ideas that work
  • Excellent time management skills, responsible and with strong attention to detail
  • Great Communication Skills, Presentation Skill, Social Networking Skill
  • Required language(s): English & Malay (written & spoken), optional – Chinese (spoken)
  • Possess a driving license and own vehicle
